What does Phase 1 involve and how long does it take?
Phase 1 is the foundation-building stage. It includes a comprehensive organizational assessment, system strengthening in critical gaps, and full Google Ads Grant activation. This phase is completed before active growth work begins in Phase 2. The timeline varies based on the size and complexity of your organization, typically taking four to eight weeks.
Is the $1,000/month an all-in price or does it exclude anything?
The monthly retainer covers all services listed — both phases, all five workstreams, premium additions, and ongoing advisory. It does not cover third-party advertising spend beyond the Google Ads Grant, external tools your organization may need to subscribe to, or travel if in-person engagements are requested.
